ShArc reporting

ShArc reporting is built on Azure Log Analytics. It can be used to get detailed information about a job. To be able to see the reporting, you need to be logged into the same Azure tenant that you use to host ShArc, and you also need to be assigned as a Log Analytics Reader. Please note: It will usually take about 3 minutes until the report is fully available.

Assign Access to your Account:

1. Go to your ShArc Log Analytics workspace → Access control (IAM)
2. Add → Add role assignment
3. Role: Log Analytics Reader → Next
4. Members: + Select members → choose your identity → Select → Next
5. Review + assign

Exporting the data to Excel:

To be able to easily copy the URLs for the policy creation, you can export the report to Excel:
